What that looks like on a service call
You call or text 305-619-1363. We answer, and we ask a few questions so we know what to expect. A technician comes out, on time or close to it, and goes straight to the equipment.
The technician checks the filter, the coil, the drain line, the refrigerant charge, the capacitor, the contactor, and the motors. When the failed part is found, you get called over to see it. The technician points to the part, explains what it does, and shows you why it failed. You see it with your own eyes before any number comes up.
Then you get the price in writing. The price covers the part and the labor, and it is the price you pay. If the system has a deeper problem, like aging ductwork or a coil past its life, that gets pointed out too, with a separate price for that work. Nothing starts until you say yes.
